Terms and Conditions	Endorsement: The Art Central Foundation Members/Volunteers do not endorse any of the exhibits that will be displayed. We will determine the nature of the displays. The decisions of the selection committee are final. The ACF will provide basic clean up, signage, lighting, display walls, easels, or backdrops where necessary for the run of the exhibit. Access to the building for installation and removal of the display items will be made available to the ACF Members/Volunteers during this same time frame. The purpose is to present high quality local & regional artist's work for public viewing, and possible purchase. All work submitted for review & work displayed during the run of the exhibition may be used by the ACF for promotional purposes. It is the intention of all parties involved that this will present downtown Middletown in a manner that will encourage interest in the revitalization of downtown as an Arts Community. Liability: Neither the Art Central Foundation Board Members/Volunteers, nor the owners of the property in which the displays will be placed are liable for any damage that may occur. It is stated that neither the Art Central Foundation nor the property owners carries insurance to cover the display items. Each artist or display entity is responsible for providing this coverage.
